2. No Income Guarantee
Any income examples, testimonials, or case studies shared on this website are individual results and are not typical. They are not a guarantee that you will achieve similar results.

4. Cash Prizes
Cash prizes announced during live webinars are given at the sole discretion of ViralMove Academy and require attendees to be present live and follow the rules announced during the session. Prizes are non-transferable.

All materials (videos, slides, checklists, prompts, recordings, and content) are the property of ViralMove Academy. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or share them without written permission.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the platform, harass other participants, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our services.
7. Third-Party Platforms
We reference and teach usage of third-party platforms (Facebook, Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut, and others). Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for changes they make.
8. Not Affiliated With Meta
ViralMove Academy is an independent educator and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. or Facebook.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, ViralMove Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or participation in our programs.
